My name is Francesca Manciati and I live in Rome.
My great passion for pastry making has guided me in this new art : the Cake Designer.
I realized cakes, biscuits and cupcakes totally handmade decorated. Perfect for every occasion and especially for a wedding.
The biscuits made with “pasta frolla” are decorated with icing or sugar paste (gum paste). They are exposed in elegant packaging as alternative placeholders or wedding gifts.
The normal level cakes are realized in the very Italian Style and proposed with the Mini Wedding Cakes perfectly made like the wedding cake.
The ordinary sugared almonds are presented in a new style enriched with handmade decorations to realize the typical Italian “Confettata” offering your attendants the real Italian product.
Every pastry is created and decorated only with my hands and my fantasy with first quality ingredients just like the Biologic Bourbon Vanilla.
